Hi All,

Number one has decided she likes Coors Lager (brewed in Aus by someone I guess).

Can anyone point me to a recipe or suggest one?

I actually drank one of these on the weekend. Good thirst quencher on a hot day but nothing to write home about otherwise. Anyway, I suppose to get something similar you could try the Mexican Cerveza kit with 1kg of BE3, or instead of BE3 use 600g dry malt and 400g dextrose. Ferment with the kit yeast at about 17-18C for a couple of weeks and then bottle.

Thanks Otto,

I shall give it a go in my next brewing cycle and let you all know.

I have a mate who enjoys these lighter styled beers, the reading I have done talks about using corn and rice. I'll give this a go later
