New Look Packaging for Coopers Clear

Coopers Brewery is refreshing the packaging of Coopers Clear ahead of summer.

New look bottle labels, cans, cartons and cluster packs will begin entering the market across Australia during the next few weeks.

Mr Cam Pearce, the National Sales and Marketing Director for Coopers, said Coopers Clear was introduced in 2010 to provide drinkers with a full strength, low carbohydrate dry beer that was perfect for summer afternoons.

“Coopers Clear is a crisp, full flavoured lager with the bonus of having a lower carbohydrate content compared with other full strength lagers,” he said.

“Since its introduction, it has established a strong position in the market and is currently our fourth biggest selling beer behind Coopers Original Pale Ale, Sparkling Ale and Mild Ale 3.5%.

“However, after five years we thought the time was right to revisit and refresh the label.

“After extensive research, Adelaide firm On-Creative designed a striking new look that stands out in the market place and strongly reflects Coopers Clear as an easy drinking summer beer.”

The new labelling is in fresh blue and silver tones which emphasises the freshness and sessionability of Coopers Clear, while highlighting its low carb credentials.

It also ensures the beer is easily recognised as a Coopers.

Mr Pearce said Coopers Brewery was currently working at full capacity ahead of the busy Christmas and summer period.
